Building Design Based on Apple's iPod

Dubai-based real estate developer Omniyat Properties has a 23-story case of iPod envy, and has the building plans to prove it. The company, according to Gulfnews, plans to open a 23 story, 200 unit building in 2009 that looks like a giant iPod.

iPodObserver's rendering of the building with its first resident, Captain Jack Sparrow.

The building will sit at a six degree angle atop an iPod dock-like structure to help complete the illusion of a giant iPod. It was designed by the Hong Kong-based James Law Cybertecture International architectural firm.

Racine, WI is home to S.C. Johnson and Sons, and their headquarters is shaped like, yes, a giant

baby-powder bottle. It was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
