Apple Posts iPhone Battery Replacement FAQ

For those who may be concerned about what happens if their iPhone battery fails outside of warranty, Apple has posted an iPhone Battery Replacement FAQ.
Basically, Apple says that of your iPhone battery can no longer hold a charge after the warranty has expired, Apple has a program to replace the battery for US$79.00 plus $6.95 shipping.
Apple says the replacement "normally takes three business days."
