O'Reilly Releases "The Big Book of Apple Hacks"

O'Reilly announced Thursday The Big Book of Apple Hacks, a collection of hacks for Apple hardware, including Macs, iPods, and iPhones. Written by Chris Seibold of Apple Matters, the book is intended to help people who wish to get the most out of their Apple products do so.

While the book includes many hacks aimed specifically at Macs (The Mac Observer has more info on that), it also includes a lot of iPod, iPhone, and Apple TV related information.

.According to O'Reilly, other Mac-related hacks include:

  • Tweak system and device settings in minutes with Quick Hacks
  • Perfect your peripherals with hacks that hone your hardware, from Apple TV to the new iPod Touch
  • Protect your data with backups and keep your secrets by tightening security
  • Open up the iPhone and iPod to all kinds of possibilities

The Big Book of Apple Hacks is priced at US34.99 ($23.09 - Amazon.com).
