Check Point VPN-1 Sports iPhone Support

Check Point Software Technologies announced the immediate availability of Check Point VPN-1 with support for Apple's iPhone. The VPN-1 product lineup lets iPhone users initiate encrypted connections between their combination handheld device and VPN-1 gateways.

Check Point VPN-1 supports the LPT2 client that is included with the iPhone, which allows users to securely access servers, email, internal Web portals, and other protected corporate assets. The company claims that its VPN-1 iPhone setup is simple and provides instant and securely encrypted server access.
