Apple Adds New Video iPod Manufacturer

Quanta Computer is Apple's latest source for video iPods and will begin shipping them in volume next month, according to DigiTimes. Invantec was previously Apple's sole source for the devices.
The article added that Asustek Computer assembles iPod shuffles for Apple, but rumor has it that the contract between the two companies will end soon. Apparently the iPod shuffle will be gradually phased out.
