Apple TV "Take Two" Update Available [UPDATED]

Apple has posted information about its Apple TV "Take Two" upgrade, made available today. The upgrade is available via the Settings menu on the Apple TV itself.

The update was unveiled by Steve Jobs during the Macworld keynote and was originally scheduled to be available a few weeks after Macworld. However, Apple announced on January 30th that the update would be delayed slightly.

The update allows Apple TV customers to rent movies, both SD and HD, directly from Apple’s iTunes library without using the Mac or PC. Selections are made directly on the Apple TV’s menus.
