Belkin Announces TuneStage II Bluetooth Audio System
Sunday, October 15th, 2006 at 3:00 PM - by John F. Braun
NEW YORK, NY -- For those who want to enjoy their iPod with something other than headphones, but don't want to be tied down by annoying cables, Belkin has introduced the TuneStage II for iPod at the recent Digital Life show. Jacqueline Romulo, Public Relations Coordinator, briefed us on this upcoming product.
The TuneStage II for iPod system consists of two parts. The first part is the transmitter that connects to your iPod and uses Bluetooth v2.0 with EDR to transmit audio to the receiver. The transmitter can also send audio to stereo headphones or car stereos equipped with Bluetooth technology, with a range up to 33 feet. The transmitter can control volume when used with newer iPods.
