"Black Milk" knocks me off my feet in this collection of moody and eclectic songs. Massive Attack uses samples and keyboards in a very unique way, but not all the songs pack the same punch.

European Commission: Hold Off on Opening iTunes
Sunday, June 18th, 2006 at 3:00 PM - by Brad Cook
Philip Lowe, director general of competition at the European Commission, told Reuters on Monday: "We wouldn't at this stage regard [iTunes' inability to play back on devices other than the iPod] as an instance of major concern until we've seen further market developments." The article added: "He said Apple had obtained its strong market position in open competition with many similar players, including some with their own Web sites."
The statement came on the heels of recent debates within the French parliament regarding a copyright bill that would force Apple to open iTunes Music Store downloads to MP3 players other than the iPod. In Scandinavia, officials have given Apple an Aug. 1 deadline for responding to their complaints about the matter.
However, in Norway, where the Scandinavian action began, the country's director general of its competition agency said: "The market for legally downloadable music files is emerging. This may be an argument for competition authorities to have a somewhat more hands-off approach."
Reuters added: "Johansen noted that many other firms produced portable music players, and music purchased via iTunes could be bought on CDs or other Web sites."
