New iPod nano Design?

It appears that the new 1GB iPod nano features a slightly redesigned face that includes a small ridge around the outer edge. The ridge, which was noted in an iLounge forum post, keeps the display surface from contacting anything that may scratch it if placed face down. The poster, flashbackz, included photos of the redesigned face.

IPO has not been able to verify if this new design is limited to the 1GB model, but it seems likely that the change will show up in the 2GB and 4GB models as well.
