ZonePlayer ZP80 Wireless Digital Music System

Sonos announced the ZonePlayer ZP80, a wireless multi-room digital audio system, on Wednesday. The ZP80 connects to any analog or digital amplified audio device, and streams audio wirelessly to other rooms in your house. It includes RCA line-in, RCA, optical, and coaxial digital line-out connections, and a two-port 10/100 ethernet switch. A wide range of file formats are supported, including MP3, WMA, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, Audible .AA (format 4), Apple Lossless, FLAC, and uncompressed WAV and AIFF files. It also comes pre-loaded with over 190 Internet radio stations, and supports Rhapsody 3.0+, and Audible. The ZonePlayer ZP80 will be available in Spring 2006, and is priced at US$349.
