Zune Wireless Features May Be Limited

When Microsoft releases its first Zune music player later this year, the device's Wi-Fi features may be more limited than originally predicted. electonista reports that instead of wireless that lets you download songs via the Internet from Microsoft's online music service, users will be able to bookmark songs that are shared through a Wi-Fi network. The player will track those songs so you can download them later from a PC.
The first Zune model is still expected to sport a 30GB hard drive and a US$299 price tag. Originally, the device was expected to cost $399. The lower price puts it in the same range as Apple's 30GB video capable iPod.
It also may have a larger display than the iPod, and will likely be available in three colors.
