Dig Dug Returns in Remix Edition for iPhone

Namco on Friday brought the arcade classic Dig Dug to the iPhone in a Remix edition that features the original as well as a new version with boss battles and power-up items. Priced at US$5.99, Dig Dug Remix features 256 levels in the arcade version and 35 levels in the Remix edition, which includes five bosses to defeat and such power-ups as Enhanced Shovel and Barrier Balloon.
Remix
Both versions offer two control schemes to choose from: an on-screen D-pad or Flick mode, in which players control the digging by swiping their finger across the screen. Dig Dug Remix also includes three difficulty settings and normal or free play modes. iPhone software 2.2.1 is required.
