Digital Chocolate Releases Pyramid Bloxx for iPhone
Wednesday, May 6th, 2009 at 5:26 PM - by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
Digital Chocolate on Wednesday added to its impressive slate of iPhone games with the release of Pyramid Bloxx, a strategy puzzle game in which players try to build pyramids that will withstand sand storms, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
The game features two modes: Quick Game, in which players build the tallest pyramid possible; and Empire Mode, in which players bring blocks up from the mines, accumulating power-ups and meeting interesting characters along the way, and then strategically place them on a pyramid grid for the highest possible score. Players can use the iPhone's built-in accelerometer to flick their device and toss blocks, or flick it twice to activate a power-up.
Pricing is US$4.99. As with Digital Chocolate's other iPhone games, a free version of Pyramid Bloxx is also available – it includes a limited number of levels and modes.
