Turn Your iPhone Into A Deck of Cards with Deckster

Coylebilt Industries LLC today announced the release of Deckster 1.0, a card simulation app for iPhone and iPod touch. Featuring a gesture-driven interface, Deckster mimics the form and function of a deck of cards, including such features as the breaking of the security seal to open the deck.

According to the company, Deckster differs from traditional card simulations by dispensing with the game and providing the user with a faithful preproduction of an actual deck of cards. Users impose their own rules on the game. Gamers can unwrap, unbox, shuffle and deal the cards and box them up again when done.

Deckster’s features include:

  • High resolution original artwork
  • Custom Jokers, Ace of Spades and face cards
  • 2 unique decks: the standard "Deckster 101 Casino" in blue and red
  • Shake to shuffle

Deckster 1.0 for iPhone is available for US$0.99 through the App Store.
