Apple TV 2.3.1 Nukes Boxee Installations

Apple quietly released Apple TV Update 2.3.1 late on Tuesday, and has been equally quiet about what the update contains. So far, the most noticeable change people have found is that the Boxee hack is longer available after installing the update.
Boxee is a Web-based streaming media service that offers TV shows, movies and music via your computer. A hack is available that lets Apple TV users view Boxee content as well.
Comments on Web sites like Apple TV Junkie claim that the Boxee hack will continue to work if it is reinstalled after applying the Apple TV 2.3.1 update. Users are also reporting that a network test option has been added to help with troubleshooting network performance issues.
