Apple Canada Offers $45 Credit in iPod Suit

Apple agreed on Thursday to offer a CA$45 credit to Canadian residents that bought a first, second, or third generation iPod before June 24, 2004. The proposed agreement came in response to two lawsuits that alleged iPod batteries prematurely wore out and failed to maintain a charge. ...more...

Titan Clear iPhone Case Gets New Colors

GizMac Accessories introduced blue and green versions of its Titan Clear iPhone case on Friday. The polycarbonate cases are already available in smoke, clear and pink, and include a belt holster and access to the iPhone ports and buttons. The new colors will be available in mid May for US$34.99 each.
