Rowmote Pro 2 Adds EyeTV, Safari Support

Regular Rate and Rhythm Software announced the immediate availability of Rowmote Pro 2.0 for the iPhone and iPod touch on Tuesday. The new version of the remote control application added support for Elgato's EyeTV as well as Apple's Safari Web browser, and improved keyboard and mouse remote control speed.

The update also added the ability to control mPlayer, Songbird, and The Tube from equinux.

Rowmote lets iPhone and iPod touch users control their Apple TV along with Mac-based applications such as iTunes, PandoraJam, Hulu Desktop, Front Row, Keynote, Powerpoint, and DVD Player.

Rowmote Pro 2.0 is priced at US$4.99 and is available at Apple's iTunes-based App Store. Rowmote 2.0 costs $0.99, but does not include keyboard and mouse support.
