OmniFocus Coming to the iPhone
Thursday, March 6th, 2008 at 3:00 PM - by Jeff Gamet
The Omni Groups award winning OmniFocus organization app for the Mac is branching out and will be coming to the iPhone. The announcement came from CEO Ken Case on the companys blog on Thursday.
"Were eager to get started on our first iPhone appÑand, yes, that first app will be... OmniFocus," he said.
OmniFocus is a task management and project organization application that integrates with Apples iCal, Address Book, and Mail applications. On the iPhone it will be able to fill Apples glaring omission of a task or to-do application.
Mr. Case did not state how much OmniFocus for the iPhone will cost, but it is safe to say that it wont be available until at least June when iPhone and iPod touch software 2.0 and the App Store launch.
