Steve Ballmer: Apple’s Proprietary Hardware & Software Will Lose to Microsoft

Steve Ballmer said on Thursday that Apple’s iPhone business model of proprietary hardware and software will lose out to Microsoft’s licensing approach in the smartphone market.
