iWoofer from Rain Design

Rain Design’s new iWoofer is an FM radio/iPod stand that resembles a space pod from 2001: A Space Odyssey. It has stereo speakers, a downfiring subwoofer, extras audio-in port, USB interface for syncing and charging from your computer, and comes in two models to fit any dock connector iPod and the shuffle. You can also power it from either 4AA batteries, or the included AC power supply. The iWoofer should be shipping by mid January 2006, and is available for preorder at the Rain Design Web site for US$129.
