Joby Announces Gorillamobile iPhone Stand

Joby announced Wednesday Gorillamobile, part of its Gorillapod line stands for cameras, and now iPhones and iPod touches. The stand is made of three ball-and-socket tripod legs that allow the user to position it on just about any surface.

Gorillamobile works with iPhone and iPod touch, as well as other similar devices. It attaches via a suction cup, and it also comes with a universal camera adapter and two clips.

The device weighs less than two ounces, and stands just under 6" tall. It is priced at US$34.95. The company said it will ship later this Summer.
